Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005)

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (an individual purchasing for personal, non-commercial purposes), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days from the date on which you — or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the product. No reason is required.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

You must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires, using one of the following methods:

You may use the standard withdrawal form provided at the bottom of this page, or any other clear and unambiguous written statement expressing your decision to withdraw.

Your withdrawal is considered timely if your notification is sent before the 14-day deadline.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

Refund

Upon receiving your withdrawal notice, we will refund all payments made, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days, provided that the product has already been returned or that proof of return shipment has been provided.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof of having sent it back — whichever comes first.

You must send back or hand over the product within 14 days from the date you communicated your withdrawal, to the following address:

The direct cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be:

  • Intact and unused, in its original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories and materials included
  • Free from damage caused by misuse or negligence

You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and art. 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.

Therefore, if a cosmetic product has been opened and used, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@limaraskincare.com, attaching photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies for 24 months from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
