These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern the purchase of products through the website limaraskincare.com (the "Website"), operated by [BUSINESS NAME] (the "Seller").

By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not make a purchase on the Website.

The products offered on the Website are cosmetics for external topical use, duly notified in the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Product information (descriptions, ingredients, photographs) is provided for indicative purposes and may be subject to change. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only.

Product availability is indicated on the Website at the time of ordering. If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, the Seller will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or, where available, an equivalent substitute.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the Website are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable Italian VAT where required.

Shipping costs are shown separately before order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of order confirmation.

5. Order Process and Contract Formation

6. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order confirmation. The Seller does not store your payment card details — these are handled directly by PCI-DSS certified payment providers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

7.2 Estimated delivery times:

Italy: 2–4 business days
Europe: 4–7 business days

7.3 Every order is shipped with tracking. Your tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

7.4 If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient's absence, the carrier will make a second attempt or leave a notice for collection at a local pickup point.

7.5 Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the consumer upon delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is governed by our dedicated Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy, available on the Website and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Pursuant to EU consumer protection law, the Seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within 24 months of the delivery date.

In the event of a defect, you are entitled to — at your choice — repair or replacement of the product, or, where such remedies are not possible, a price reduction or contract termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, images, logos, graphics, videos) is the exclusive property of the Seller or used under licence, and is protected by applicable Italian and EU intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for:

Indirect, consequential damages or loss of profit arising from the use or inability to use the Website
Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure

The Seller's maximum liability in connection with any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
